CobbleStone Electronic Signatures

Electronic document processing combined with electronic signatures is an effective method of doing business. Below is useful information about CobbleStone Document Processing and electronic signature offerings:

CobbleStone Document Processing: CobbleStone document processing, licensed under the CobbleStone Document Collaboration Module enables organizations to leverage templates, standard text, merging field data, merging text, merging clauses, rules, storage, version tracking, permissions, workflow approvals, and document versioning to speed document processing for Requisition documents, Contract documents, Purchasing documents, Vendor/Customer documents, Sourcing documents and Employee documents. This process provides both the benefit of the CobbleStone document processing features, plus the advanced signing capabilities of Adobe Sign. It helps with the document assembly, field merging, workflow approvals, version tracking and easy hand off to Adobe Sign for advanced signing [once fully signed the document is returned to CobbleStone for further processing and storage].
