Application Configuration: Config Settings

Configuration Group: SMS Messaging

The SMS Messaging configuration group includes application configuration settings for the basic setup and management of SMS/MMS alerts that are sent out of your Contract Insight application.

Note: Use of SMS/MMS messaging necessitates integration with an outside service provider such as Twillio. Ensure employee mobile phone numbers are registered with the outside account.

Enable SMS Integration: This setting is used to enable/disable sending SMS messages originating from Contract Insight.

SMS Integration: Select the provider with which CobbleStone is integrated for sending SMS messages.

Authentication ID: Enter the SMS integration authentication ID to access the integration account.

Authentication Token: Enter the SMS Integration’s authentication token to access the integration’s account.
